Brazilian Independence Celebration

The event

Information to participate. Connections to keep.

We celebrated Brazil’s Independence and, with it, the strength and representation of the Brazilian community in Central Florida!

For the fourth consecutive year, CFBACC – Central Florida Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Consulate General of Brazil in Orlando, held this important celebration at Orlando City Hall, bringing together officials, leaders and members of our community.

We were honored by the presence of Consul General, Ambassador João Lucas Quental, Congressman Maxwell Frost, Commissioners Tony Ortiz, Bakari F. Burns, Tom Keen and Mayra Uribe, along with other government representatives and important leaders from our region.

The celebration also marked a historic moment for CFBACC: we received two important proclamations, one from the City of Orlando and the first federal proclamation in our Chamber’s history, presented by Congressman Maxwell Frost.

These recognitions represent much more than an institutional achievement. They reflect the growing importance of the Brazilian community, which has chosen Central Florida as a place to live, start businesses, invest and build its future, contributing every day to our region’s economic, business and cultural development.

CFBACC thanks all board members, partners, officials and community members who continue to believe in and work toward this mission.

We continue to grow, build bridges between Brazil and the United States and strengthen our community’s voice!
